Each year, CNET releases proprietary insights cementing the media organization as a thought leader in all-things-tech x culture. As part of the content plan for leadership presence at CES 2026, the organization needed support designing and executing the 2026 TechPulse Study, an online survey focused on how 3,700+ consumers feel about AI, their devices, and how both intersect with the modern customer journey.
